Join 4IP Group as an Impact Investment Assistant, you will source investment-ready enterprises in target countries like Zambia, Kenya, and South Africa, support fundraising efforts for early-stage enterprises and venture capital funds, and onboard clients to our ESG Toolkit. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives, including launching an Impact Tech Venture Capital Fund and exploring the setup of a COOP Bank in the DRC. This part-time role (14-21 hours per week) offers profit-sharing opportunities (5% of client payments for ESG Toolkit onboarding) and potential for a full-time position. We seek individuals passionate about impact investing with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sustainable development.
