Trésor-Gauthier M. Kalonji is a legal expert and academic specializing in tax law, public finance, and business law, with teaching experience across universities in the Democratic Republic of Congo and internationally. His work focuses on areas such as tax structuring, transfer pricing, natural resource taxation, public budgeting, and investment law, supported by extensive research and publications. He also serves as a consultant to national and international institutions, and since November 2024 has been Senior Legal Advisor to the Minister of Finance of the Democratic Republic of Congo, while also acting as an external consultant for Daldéwolf DRC.

John Poté is an environmental microbiologist at the University of Geneva specializing in water quality, antimicrobial resistance, and environmental contamination. His work focuses on identifying pollution sources, assessing risks to human and ecosystem health, and developing monitoring systems and technological solutions to reduce contaminants such as toxic metals, pathogens, and antibiotic-resistant bacteria—particularly in developing regions across Africa and Asia. He leads and collaborates on international research projects addressing water sanitation, public health, and sustainable environmental management

Christian Kitenge Moembo Kingombe is an impact investing and sustainable finance expert with over 24 years of international experience in development economics, infrastructure finance, ESG advisory, and public policy. He is Co-Founding Managing Partner at 4IP Group, advising SMEs, institutional investors, and development finance actors on impact measurement, blended finance, fund structuring, capital raising, and ESG-aligned investment strategies across Africa and emerging markets. His work also spans infrastructure development, PPPs, regional integration, and trade facilitation.

He is active in the global impact investing ecosystem through initiatives linked to GSG Impact and related platforms, contributing to the growth of impact investing ecosystems across Africa and Europe. He has worked across OECD, emerging, and frontier markets with international financial institutions and development agencies. He holds a PhD in Development Economics from Imperial College London, with additional training from UCL, LSE, Harvard, and Pompeu Fabra.
